Not what they built —
who they became.
Most business shows sound the same: growth, funding, the same six lessons. Built Her Way sits closer to the table. One woman, one hour, and the working detail of how she made the thing she made — the pricing, the pause, the hire that went wrong, the boundary she kept.
It is hosted with the belief that ambition can be warm, that slow is a strategy, and that a woman building carefully deserves as much airtime as one building fast. Recorded fortnightly, edited lightly, and released every other Tuesday.
- I
Human-first
Identity, emotion, and transformation — not just tactics and metrics.
- II
Honest by design
Financial realities, failures, and uncertainty are the content — not the disclaimer.
- III
Depth over performance
No hustle culture, no PR-controlled answers, no polished highlight reels.
She does not need another success story. She needs a mirror.
- Considering her first leap into entrepreneurship
- Transitioning out of a corporate career
- Recovering from burnout, figuring out what is next
- In her first 1–3 years of building something real
- Looking for a more intentional, values-aligned path
She needs to hear that uncertainty is normal — not a sign she is doing it wrong. Real talk about money, survival, and creative solutions. That success can be redefined on her own terms.

I started Built Her Way because the conversations I was having at dinner tables were far better than the ones I was hearing in my headphones. Women talking about the pricing, the doubt, the hire that went wrong — and then going quiet in public.
So the show is simply that dinner table, recorded. I also host the Founders' Retreat in Crete, and I'm a certified Designing Your Life coach.
